The creative process began with the selection of the models and the development of the initial styling concept, followed by the fitting phase in collaboration with Lesors Studio, of which Alineri is a co-founder. Together, the fitting and backstage coordination shaped the presentation of the collection and the flow of the runway.
The venue informed the overall atmosphere of the show, guiding the approach to lighting and the relationship between the space, the models, and the collection. Music direction was developed in collaboration with the designer, from track selection and sequencing to the precise timing of the music cues and transitions. The final music mix was developed in collaboration with DJ Max Raponi, creating a sound progression aligned with the atmosphere and pacing of the show.
The process also encompassed the selection and coordination of the technical, lighting, and audio teams, ensuring consistency across the creative vision and its execution, from preparation and backstage operations to the final runway presentation.
